This product vision was the result of a structured workshop with key stakeholders, giving the team a direction and focus for building a well defined product.
REDESIGNED BOOKING JOURNEY
A redesigned booking journey starts with a clear and concise homescreen explaining Alma's offering in three simple blocks - Consultations, at home labs and prescription delivery.
For booking a consultation, users can choose doctors by their specialty and see all available slots for each doctor.
On completing the booking journey, the homepage dynamically adjusts to show the upcoming consultation to keep it top of mind for the users.
GIVING PATIENTS ACCESS TO THEIR HEALTH DATA
As part of the redesign process, we also wanted to make sure we are providing patients with easy access to their health data that is understandable and actionable.
Users have access to their medications and can set reminders for each one to make sure they are adhering to their treatment plans.
With clear insights into their tested biomarkers, showing visual cues for each test if it is high, low or normal within the defined range and what that means for their health, we empower users to improve their health outcomes.

Plotted users on different segments based on their Recency, Frequency and Monetary values.

Created a "running the business" dashboard to track all the important KPIs.
